Mr. Manni provides on-site R&D contracting and laser product development services to "local" clients in the Boston, southern New England, eastern New York (including Long Island), and northern New Jersey areas. Short-term projects can be implemented on-site for non-local clients on the West Coast and elsewhere in the USA. JGM Associates has an R&D lab equipped to do laser R&D and develop laser-based prototypes for non-local clients.

Services are provided on a short-term, longer-term, part-time, or full-time basis, as needed by the customer (no hard contractual commitments for a minimum number of hours per week). The customer is provided with maximum flexibility for meeting its manpower-loading requirements.

JGMA researches and writes technology/market reports on topics of interest to individual clients. This may be done in the context of developing specifications for new products, or may be part of the process of matching client technology to market needs and opportunities - if the client requests help with this strategic task.
